At Gibsons Public Market, volunteers are the driving force behind everything we do. Their passion and dedication help govern our operations, care for our facilities, and bring our community to life through vibrant programs and events.

Last year alone, more than 250 incredible individuals generously gave their time and energy to help make the Market a thriving hub of Coastal life. We couldn’t do it without them!

How To Get Involved:

Meet our People

Our first contact with the Market was a tour offered by Georgy Good when the Market was nearing completion. We were impressed by the vision of the market as a community hub and a gathering place which could host a variety of activities.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at the Gibsons Public Market. The space is absolutely stunning with vaulted ceilings, big windows, and a large glowing fish tank. Our photos are exceptional! The staff are kind, attentive and keen to make every detail perfect for a flawless wedding. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better venue for our wedding. It truly was a perfect day and we can’t thank or recommend the Gibsons Public Market enough!
