A backpack or personal bag with lunch, snack and water bottle. Comfortable, suitable clothing for all kinds of weather. Rain or shine we will be exploring the surrounding area.
Provide a change of clothes in a separate bag and an additional warm layer in case needed.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a payment is made, a 25% non-refundable fee per registration applies if you wish to cancel. Cancellations within 14 days of program start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for days when a camper is absent.
We reserve the right to cancel a camp prior to the start date, for any reason – in that event, a full refund will apply. If for any reason, a camp is cancelled while in progress, a pro-rated refund will apply.
Pick up & Drop off Policy:
To keep your children safe, parents are responsible for ensuring that their children are dropped off and checked in and picked up and signed out by an adult each day. If a child is to be picked up by someone other than a parent/legal guardian then camp counsellors must be informed in advance.
Drop-Off Time
Class begins at 9:00 am each day so parents/legal guardians should remain with their children until this time.
Pick-Up Time is 3:00 PM
*In the event of a late pick-up, Gibsons Public Market reserves the right to charge a fee for late pick-up supervision.

If you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after camp, please contact our
Programs Coordinator at programs@gibsonspublicmarket.com or call 604-886-8814.
Please note: While we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, our programs are not fully accessible. Due to staffing limitations and a strict adult to child ratio, we are unable to provide one-on-one support or accommodate children who require individual care or assistance with personal needs. We have a zero tolerance policy for physical violence, abusive language or if a child is unable to follow the rules set out by the camp staff. This is for the safety of all children and staff.
