Looking to launch or grow your food brand, test a new concept, or share your signature dishes with the community? Our fully-equipped Community Kitchen is now available for weekly pop-up rentals — designed for small businesses, local chefs, and passionate foodies ready to take the next step.

How It Works

Choose a consistent day of the week — Tuesday through Sunday — and rent the Community Kitchen on a recurring weekly basis. We offer flexible commitment options to suit your goals:

  • 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week packages
  • Rates vary by season and day of the week (see below)
  • Add on access to our commercial-grade kitchen if needed
  • Includes on site marketing support

Community kitchen rentals

A demonstration kitchen and community gathering space in Gibsons Public Market, with large harvest tables and seating for up to 16. This kitchen is ideal for individuals, organizations, and local food entrepreneurs who need a professional, affordable space to create. This space can be booked by the hour, daily, or for recurring weekly for pop-ups.

Capacity: 100 total, 10-12 seated at harvest table, 30 seated theatre-style for demonstrations

Location: Market Level (1st floor)

Availability: Monday – Sunday, anytime

Rates:

$25/hour or $185/day* – Open Hours (Tue-Sun from 9am – 5pm)  
$35/hour or $255/day* – After Hours (Mondays, everyday after 5pm)

*a day is considered 10 hours after which, the hourly rate applies.

Our first contact with the Market was a tour offered by Georgy Good when the Market was nearing completion. We were impressed by the vision of the market as a community hub and a gathering place which could host a variety of activities.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at the Gibsons Public Market. The space is absolutely stunning with vaulted ceilings, big windows, and a large glowing fish tank. Our photos are exceptional! The staff are kind, attentive and keen to make every detail perfect for a flawless wedding. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better venue for our wedding.
