The Gibsons Community Building Society is seeking a part-time Bookkeeping Clerk/Administrator.  This position is the primary staff person responsible for operational accounting and financial record-keeping functions.

The scope of work includes preparation and maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial records, charitable giving records, tax receipts, and the reconciliation of daily cash reports.

The Gibsons Community Building Society is seeking a part-time Fund Development Manager to support fundraising activities that advance the key elements of its mission: vibrant public gathering spaces and community programming, an inspiring marine education centre and a bustling local market.

This role reports to the Executive Director, liaising with the Society’s governance committees and the Fundraising Council. The work arrangement is flexible, with office space provided as well as the opportunity to work from home. Candidates do not need to be full-time residents of the Sunshine Coast.
