Join Certified Yoga Therapist Bobbie Seale Cobiskey for an accessible and enjoyable yoga class for everyone.
Chair yoga is a gentle individualized yoga practice for people who are not comfortable with getting down on the floor. It combines physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation or relaxation and a distinct philosophy. With practice yoga can support better sleep habits, more flexibility and energy, less chronic pain and better movement. It is never too late to begin! By donation $5.00 suggested, space permitting.
