Night Markets are back!
This summer, join us on Friday nights of the Canada Day, BC Day, and Labour Day Long Weekends for Night Markets!
Night Markets at Gibsons Public Market are growing into a highly anticipated summer tradition, attracting thousands of locals and visitors alike. It’s a series of community-focused events, at the heart of which are growing a culture of joy and connection, placemaking, and community celebration.
These family-friendly celebrations feature an array of savory and sweet food options, beverages from across the Sunshine Coast, live music, performances, clowns, magicians and on-site artisans and service providers.

In addition to 40 outdoor vendors, all 8 Gibsons Public Market merchant businesses, as well as the Nicholas Sonntag Marine Education Centre, will be open for extended hours, from 4 – 10 pm.
